The Pistilli's are nothing but thieves. Ridiculous extra charges every time you come in contact with these low lifes. They are always figuring out how to extort some extra cash out of you under the guise of "providing first-class amenities". Now they are charging everyone $50 for an electronic key (without notice) as another means to bleed their tenants. Pistilli Realty is a joke and the worst decision I ever made. Beware if you move into their "GRAND MANOR" (ugh...sorry just puked in my mouth) and you are shown a unit on the left side of the building along 46th street. This road is clogged day and night with an army of blue airport vans that double park and cause people to honk their horns trying to get through. Even worse, and which Pistilli blatantly lied to us about, is that the Schaller & Weber meat factory 30 feet across the street is very active in the morning and will keep you up starting at 5:30AM Monday thru Friday with delivery trucks and workers yelling. Our experience with the Pistilli's has been a true nightmare.
