We just relocated from abroad to Ny and have been recommended this gentleman by my son's school. After the first week of school ( during which he never came on time) he informed me he would no longer pick my 7 years old as there was too much traffic in the area ( one wonders what rafeal's job is other than knowing the route and why he accepts kids whose address is known to him well in advance). He told me this on a Friday morning for the following week breaching all professional and personal etiquette. When I literally prayed him to at least give me a week to plan for an alternative as both my husband and I work full time and have an infant to also take care of, he simply replied" this is your problem, not mine". These individuals should not do business with children. They should just be out of business all together.
