Stephen Miranda, MD, MS, is an Assistant Professor and Director of Peripheral Nerve for the Department of Neurosurgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. His clinical practice focuses on nerve injuries, and his mission is to enhance quality of life and maximize nerve recovery using the latest technologies. Dr. Miranda also performs spine surgery, and his research focuses on developing “value-based” spine care models, so that every patient gets the right treatment at the right time.
