I was charged $41.79 for the month of April 2016 w/o my knowledge . When I enrolled I was not informed that I will charge to this amount every year. I agreed for the payment only of one time $149.00 for administrative fee and $19.00 every month. BERNICE did not inform that I will be charge of $41.79 every year, despite the fact that I asked her 2x If there is any additional charges except the monthly fee of 19.17 dollars and one time administrative fee of 149.00 dollars ? She said clearly NO,NO .This is all you have to pay. This is very MISLEADING to new enrolees in the gym and I don't appreciate this FRAUD . I hope they will return my money back …

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is where dreams and vermin go to die. Plus they are a bunch of scam artists. I made the mistake of joining this hole which is dirty, smelly, and just all around lacking because it was close to my apartment. After I finally decided I couldn't bear the thought of working out there anymore I went in to cancel. A woman I spoke with asked my info and told me she cancelled my account. When I was charged the next month, I called to tell them they had made a mistake only to be told that I had to cancel via certified mail and that I now owed them another month for a gym I hadn't and wouldn't be going to. They told me it wasn't their fault for misinforming me of how to cancel and actually lied about canceling my membership, but MY fault because I believed them and didn't read the fine print on my contract. So I paid them and sent the certified letter. THAT WAS 2 YEARS AGO!! I just received a letter in the mail saying I was being sent to collections for another month of a membership because they are claiming they received the certified mail 3 days after the monthly cut off...2 YEARS AGO!! Clearly they are lying, but dared me to prove it with the certified receipt that I apparently should've held onto like a hoarder for the rest of my life. This place is THE WORST, as are the people who work there. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau who informed me this business has an F rating and multiple other people are experiencing the same issue.
