Provided by YP.comWe always like the King, but the new makeover with the hard no cushion wood old school retro seats, please come on they are just the worst comfort you can get. But the booth's are OK providing you are in the 150LB range otherwise you need to give them a push to sit. Yes they do move, and yes the tables across on the other wall, well if you want to rub elbows with your neighbor that you don't know or probably don't want to touch well that could be a problem. Absolutely no room there, and the highchair tables really need to be replaced with more booth's.

Provided by YP.comI had such a grate experiance the other day at the Astoria Burger king. The employees were very polite. I also had the best Whopper that I have ever had! I'm not exactly sure the gentelman's name that made the Whopper but his name tag read Ray-Ray. So to conclude this statement I would like to say that I will be returning to the Astoria Burger King time & time again. THANKS BK!

Provided by YP.comI had such a rotten experience at the Astoria Burger King yesterday, August 29, 2008 at approximately 2:00pm. I waited in line as asked the gentleman behind the register for a $20.00 gift card. He yelled at someone that I needed a $20.00 gift card, and the lady in turn yelled to Marilyn, saying there was a customer that wanted to purchase a $20.00 gift card up front.
Marilyn showed up, did not even acknowledge my presence, and started putting together orders on the screen. After bagging up 7 orders, and after the fellow at the register had waited on approximately 30 customers/family members, I asked him again if I was going to be waited on. He said, Marilyn, there is a customer here that wants a $20.00 gift card. She ignored him.
I then said, "I am a customer as well, and I am tired of waiting". She didn't say anything to me, but walked to the back of the store. Totally ignoring me.
I told the fellow at the register "that she had just lost a customer and I would NOT be back."
I was going to give the gift card to a very good friend of mine that comes in there all the time as a birthday gift, so instead of a gift card I just placed a $20.00 bill in her card and told her my HORROR story.
I think that the fellow at the register should be able to sell gift cards if the manager can't seem to do the job. They do it at McDonald's all the time - doesn't have to be a manager to sell to the customer, I know, because I have purchased them several times at McDonald's.
