I was stranded out in unfamiliar country at 3am with a flat tire. I never even drive at night, but I had to pick-up my sick daughter who was spending the night with a friend and became violently ill. I had to just choose a name from the directory. Thank god I said give me the Classic Towing number. A man named Geno came in no time, and I bet it didn't take him more than five minutes to change my tire with his impactor. I was terrified to have a stranger come help me in the middle of the night, but I was immediately at ease when his friendly non-threatening smile approached. Thank you Classic Towing and their driver, Geno for the fast and friendly service!

A nice lady got a flat in front of the store I work at today. She used AAA to dispatch a tow truck to fix her tire. They took over an hour and a half to show up then broke her hubcap. No apology at all. Just rude!
