I called Fanny Tanners to get a little information on what kind of prices and hours they had... just a couple of quick questions. After being hung up on a couple times, the person that eventually answered the phone has to be the RUDEST "customer service" person I have ever talked to. The conversation was brief but very unpleasant, he said "hello!" (I thought I had the wrong number) and asked "what do you want?!"... (very hard to communicate how nasty he was in the typed word!) His attitude was completely uncalled for and to be honest he was so out of line I thought he was kidding. Apparently he wasn't. I called back the next day to talk to the manager/owner about the crummy treatment I was given... only to find out I had actually been talking to the store owner! Nice way to run a business. There are other options for tanning salons in Astoria... I for one have gone else where and am very happy with my choice.
