She has been blessed in her work and by the many couples and families she encounters. She began her career in photography while in art school in Santa Cruz. Her commissioned work focuses on capturing the essence of the family or event experience with a fresh vision, natural approach, and an artistic and fashion flair. Her personal work focuses on motion, life and spirit. She and her husband, Dan, live in the small town of Atascadero, located near the coast between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Their home is filled with love, laughter, one spoiled puppy and lots of photos! Of all the money we invested in our wedding, other than getting married itself, Allyson was the best money we spent. We would recommend her without hesitation. She's a lovely woman and a great photographer. Allyson is a beautiful person and photographer. She is so talented in her art and her ability to capture the essence of those she photographs. She captures not just the person, but the personality. Allyson is truly a gifted artist, and wonderful to work with. Allyson was the best photographer we ever could've asked for! She completely captured our style and was so inventive! She was such a blessing to work with and to this day, we still get raves on our photo album and pics. I absolutely recommend Allyson!
