Cesar Guitterez, the owner of this business, and I have been having a court case going on 2 years now. This man sold me a car, and I admit, it was a rash decision for me and I am responsible for buying the used car. He sold it to me and claimed that he was selling it "as is." And that it still needed some work. He claimed that there was a sort of misfire and described what needed to be fixed. I took it to a mechanic the next week and was told that this was not the issue with the car at all and that the engine was shot. Within days, the car was making noises, and within a very short time, broke down. I took him to court to get my money back--and the judge ordered that he refund my money. I spent a total of about $300 dollars in court fees and went to court about 5 times approximately, and each time he claimed that he would give me the money at a certain time. He never did. The last time I went into his office, he asked me for my address over the phone. I told him that I would not give my address to him because we had a major court case going on and he could find out where I live. He has a warrant out for his arrest--and has a dishonest nature and has not valued me as a customer. He has went against the law and not lived by his word in repaying me. Needless to say, I need to file court papers again, and send sheriffs to his business. This is not a recommended shop--and I'm sure there is more going on behind the scenes that I do not know about. This needs to be investigated. Shady business practices.
