I purchased my glasses there in July of 2009. The frames I chose were heavy and uncomfortable so I went to get them adjusted. I arrived on a Friday a few minutes after closing. All the assistants were pulling out of the driveway. One, Jana, noticed me, parked her vehicle, re-opened the store and adjusted my glasses for me. All the while, she was pleasant and attentive, taking the time to get my glasses adjusted - just right. I mentioned some issues I was having with the glasses design and she suggested I return during business hours and get fitted for a different pair at no additional cost to me. I could not believe it. The glasses were three months old!



I did return and was refitted for a more compatible frame and sure to her word, it did not cost me a dime more. The customer service here has been top notch.
