The majority of the items that were produced at this facility were unusable. Be sure to check you entire order before you leave the location.

I went to Wilkins with an invitation to my daughters birthday. Wilkins took my order and had it ready the same day. They also got me the prints I wanted at a price that was very low for the amount of invitations I wanted. The customer service was great, and very quick. I recommend Wilkins any time.

My first negative experience occurred when my final wedding invites came out pixelated. The following quotes (from the Manager) show the quality of Customer Service I received after asking about the print job.



"When you print digital it is never the same twice."

"It was a guess."

"We never let the client keep the proofs."

"Why would anybody want the proofs back?"

"This is why you should have had us design them."

"I can't deal with this."

My number one favorite:

"I can't talk to you about this because you don't know what you’re talking about."

Followed by:

"We have excellent Customer Service."



After I was talked to like this the problem with my wedding invites became secondary and the inappropriate Customer Service became my main concern. I have always supported our local businesses but I will never do business with Wilkins again and I encourage you to follow.
