My experience was not good at this store. It is the nastiest Dollar General I have ever been in . Someone needs to take a look at that store and help them manage and clean it up. I really wanted to contact the health department about the filth.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service, I bought a product had the receipt realized I got the wrong thing and they wouldn't give me my money back especially after I showed them my receipt, that place is a mess definitely need new employees

This female manager of the Dollar General store in Atchison is rude, surly, nasty, and routinely disrespectful to customers.! Just today I witnessed her mistreatment of a customer who was seeking some very simple assistance. Instead of helping the customer she kept lecturing the customer that what he wanted was not in her job description. she made it clear that he and other customers for imposing a severe inconvenience on here because she was in a rush to close the store and go home. There are other dollar stores and Dollar General stores around I recommend you find another one that understands the difference between business and customer. This one does not.
