My laptop decided to die the evening before a trip to see family in Chicago, The laptop had the photographs of my beautiful newborn grandson that I wanted to show my sister. I called geeksquad for help after 9pm and they quoted me a ridiculous fee of $500.00 to just get a "Geek Agent" to my home then it would be an additional $300 for "Data restore" which was more then my plane tickets. On TOP of that it was going to take a technician 3-5 hours to arrive to my home in Medford, when I had Seven o'clock flight the following morning. I looked around and called a few places and found Agility IT who actually answered their emergency number!. A technician was on route from Hammonton area and made it to my home in an outstanding 30 minutes. He was patient and understanding of my situation and diligently worked to save my pictures using various fancy gadgets he plugged into my laptop. He re-installed windows and everything was like brand new again! Honestly his prices were unbeatable while providing true quality service. I wasn't just another computer illiterate individual to this tech he actually cared and helped me promptly and I was able to get sleep before my departure! A+ SERVICE WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
