I have used Advance Professionals for three years now and they have always been really good to me. They have made sure I got all of my taxes refunded to me that was due to me. They have always been professional and wonderful people to talk to.

They are the best at what they do! I have recommended them to friends and family.

I used APM to file for the incorporation of my business in 2006. I had a working relationship with Mrs. Richie and took care of their computers for a while; she took care of my legal paperwork for the business. After I stopped doing IT consulting full time I took a "real" job working at another business. From that time it became impossible to get in contact with Mrs Richie. Her girls who work in the office were repeatedly rude on the phone to me and rude in person to my wife who I unfortunately had to send there to pick up paperwork, etc. Long story short I asked them to file dissolution of corporation papers for me before the end of 2008 and they said they would and would mail confirmation to me. Two months later I called to find out if they had filed it since otherwise I had to send the state the $110 for being a corporation. I could not get a straight answer and as usual the woman on the phone became rude. Long story short, DO NOT USE Advanced Professional Management. You will regret it.
