What the heck? My husband was next line at the cashier, light was on for cashier, manager comes over and tells him the line is closing and he has to get in line at another cashier. It took him 25 min to get checked out and he had less than 25 items with no coupons or anything. I know cashiers close lines to go on breaks but I've never seen one shut down and tell people to get in line somewhere else. Really disappointed. We're done with this Publix.

This is the friendliest grocery store I have ever shopped in. They have the best customer service in each department. The cashiers are always friendly as well as the person bagging groceries. They always offer to carry your purchases to the car I usually decline I would rather do that myself but I think it is great to offer to carry them out especially for moms or dads that have their hands full with several kids. Also the elderly or just anyone that needs help. I have been in the store late at night, middle of the day and early in the morning and the staff is always nice. It is so refreshing now days to go to a merchant that actually acts as if they are glad to have your business. The fresh produce,deli,meat market and bakery are excellent great choices always taste great and very clean. The entire store including restrooms are neat and clean.
