They can and still do crew cuts and flat tops. Old School barbers like I went to in the 50's-60's and 70's. Good conversation and skillful cutting. Enjoy them every time I go.

got kind of an average haircut, took about 15 min to cut, did not stay in place well, part was not in place, did not use any hair lotion junk to keep in lookin groomed up, haircut looked crappy after a few days.
