Provided by YP.comFeels like all they care about is revenue generation. Every visit different vet. It appears they take every visit as an opportunity to upsell you on a menu of options yet can barely answer any questions about your pets' health except in 'general' terms. Final straw was when I took one of our dogs in for annual rabies vaccination....vaccination was $24 (this was fine) but their 'policy' was to 'require' a doctor eval before the vaccination. Had I not asked, I would not have known 'rabies vaccination' was really going to cost $81. When I asked why my obviously healthy dog (I had already answered all the vet techs questions about general health) needed a doctor eval before the vaccination, the vet said it was their policy (but could not give me a good reason at all). If you cannot tell the customer why you want to conduct and charge him/her for an evaluation, then I would call this simply an unnecessary charge levied to optimize revenue. Done with them.
