Provided by YP.comI have been a customer for 11 years and really must say their customer service is sub par. They never answer the phone, they never return a call. They never confirm a request or their actions. Worst of all, they make a lot of mistakes. Most recently, they cancelled the insurance on my truck with NO request from me. Now I have received a fine from the state of GA because of their mistake.

We are definatley saving money with this company without giving up good coverage. Our agent is Janice Dowker. She always returns our calls promptly and is so polite!
