I bought all my appliances from this store. First off, they damaged the door on my Sub Zero refrigerator. After several attempt, I finally had to the manufacture to get them to come out and repair. I have a Jenn Air down draft that malfunctioned. so I stop by the store and inquired about the service department, after a chuckle or two from the employees, they pointed upstairs, and mentioned that the 1 repairman was rarely in. Then I had a microwave go out, I call the serviceman and they said he would have to call back. After waiting several days, a pushy lady calls back wanting to come out the next day ( I told her that I no longer need their helpP. Buyer beware!!!
