bought cartridges for our printer -- they didn't work, despite being correct model number and fit.

price quoted on phone different from price in store. CW selling color cartridges for $9 that are $8.99 on sale at Office Depot. Bad location -- difficult to get out of parking lot if not turning right. Representative would repeatedly speak to customer with his back turned, even after asked not to (because customer could not hear what rep was saying), which is rude. And misquoted price in store, also. Said the $9 cartridges were $7, until he got to the register with them. The story was, "Oh, we changed a bunch of prices today." Product is junk that won't work. Spend the extra few $$ (if any!!!) at Office Depot.
