Cedar Shoals High School, founded in 1972 and located in Athens, Ga., offers a range of academic programs, athletics and service to the community. The programs are offered to more than 1,500 students in grades nine through 12. The school has more than 130 faculty and staff members and implements state mandated procedures and programs. The faculty and staff participate in collaborative self-governance. The school also offers a range of sports activities, including baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, swimming, soccer, track, tennis, volleyball and wrestling. Cedar Shoals High School is affiliated with the Clarke County School District.
