I never actually meet the Dentist because unfortunately the rude receptionist turned me off completely. Hire new people to represent your company.

A year and a half and over $5,000 later, Dr. Harter let me down. I was left with a jaw bite that is crooked on both the top and the bottom, and have been unable to chew food for 9 months. I now require 4 surgeries and more extensive orthodontic work, totaling in excess of $100,000. I could chew food, and my top and bottom teeth were much better in line prior to visiting Dr. Harter. His work made everything much worse. Also, it took over six months and consistent phone calls for me to obtain my records that I am legally entitled to.
