One thing Dr Ellis’s office is not is shady, These people in this office are kind, caring, and take very good care of me. If you follow the rules of the office then you will not have any problems here!!!!

I to was wrongly accesses by the female pa. I have been with dr Ellis.He is kind, However, he will not listen about your pain ,and is the medication helping. Hard to talk to. I believe he thinks people are wanting drugs to get high. I have multiple conditions ,and I am not being treated correctly. I stay in pain.
I am leaving since they don’t take my insurance anymore. Hoping to find a Doctor that is comfortable with prescribing needed medication and is compassionate.

If you have an appointment here and you find out you are seeing Kerri Cassidy-McKinney, change it. She is rude and will continually interrupt you. In process of trying to change doctors now.

I was with Ellis Pain Clinin for 15 yrs.I have no complaints with the clinic.The ride hurt so my family Dr.is treating me now.I am not finished with the clinic,I shall return at a later date.They do great work. Billy M 9/24/15

(Dr.)Kerri McKinney got mad at me and dismissed me. She claimed I failed my drug test. But later I received my medical records and in fact I did not!!!! Ruined my chances of being seen at any other pain clinic! Shame on her! Heartless!

Very nice place. They provide a comprehensive approach to patient care. They provide laser treatment, physical therapy, and nerve blocks. Friendly and helpful staff.

This is a really shady place in my humble opinion. They violated my HIPPA Laws twice by trying to pull blood and giving me a mouth swab after passing my urinalysis. .I only ever agreed and signed papers for urinalysis and pill count though. .too much to write here..boo to this clinic..thumbs down..Hateful staff and MDS

The staff is very caring and professional. They take the time to find out what you need. I have been going there for several years and if I need to see Dr. Ellis in between visits they work hard to get me in to see him. They review my medications each visit to make sure they are working.
