The fact of the matter is not everybody meets up with societies norms. I don't. That aside on 06/11/2011 I posted a review here because I was hurt and angry. Why doesn't matter anymore, I've learned that you should not care what strangers think of you now days. Zane and David were both always very nice. Karla was usually as well. Besides that again what happened to me is a moot point. The cigars are good and the prices were usually decent. Aside from that make up your own minds, and don't rely on strangers to determine your self value.



I removed my post of what happened because it doesn't matter.

I'm a cigar shop regular. I'd advise anyone reading this to ignore the review by Mr. Stacy West. He was so loud, rude, and confrontational that I, and many other regulars, would leave when he showed up.



Karla and Zane, the owners, are some of the nicest & most welcoming folks you'll ever meet. Their few employees are great people as well. The Cigar Shop's atmosphere makes it feel like you're smoking cigars in your own living room with friends. In fact, Karla & Zane have become true friends to me and many of their customers. Most of the regulars have also become great friends with each other. The customer base is diverse, and very friendly. If you want a great experience at Athens' only real cigar & pipe lounge come by The Cigar Shop.
