Garrett Paving has always been my Residential Construction Company's choice for our paving needs. They give a fair bid for our projects, and hold those numbers as we begin the finishing process. We just finished a large custom home in Oconee Co. Rick Garrett and his crew added the perfect finishing touch. I appreciated their promptness, working with us on the lay out and especially their willingness to work with me as I continued to run sub-contractors through as they were paving! I will also never forget them completely handling the paving of the Buddy Christian Home driveway I headed building 5 years ago for Clarke Co's fallen hero. Expertise and a heart! Can't beat that!
