I purchased a pair of grey Dansko clogs and wore them out in my yard ONE time. The grey metallic finish on one shoe began to come off in sheets. I took the shoes in and met w/ Irwin A., the owner and he refused to do anything about the newly purchased shoes and was rude and insulting and became personal in his insults. I packed up the shoes and came home and called Dansko who informed me that the grey metallic clog had a "defected dye lot finish" and that owners of stores had been informed of this. So The owner sold me a defected product that he knew about and refused to replace or repair them. He is singularly unpleasant and I warn anyone to be careful about shopping in his establishment. Dansko is sending me new clogs. The Masada Owner is collecting bad karma.
