(a little synopsis about me this was my 2nd pregnancy and my 1st pregnancy I had a c-section and a different doctor) Initially I liked dr. desai, i switched to him as my dr maybe a month or so b4 my baby was due bc i wanted to try for a vbac and my previous doctor wasnt in agreement. When it got close to my due date he(Dr. Desai) keep trying to urge me to schedule a c-section eventually i had to schedule a c-section against my own demands but i didnt plan on showing up! And lucky me i went into labor 3 days b4 the planned c-section!! Labor became very annoying bc he kept insisting that i go the route of having a c-section (i.e, im not a good canidate for a vbac, my pelvic was too small according to my obgyn that delivered my 1st child and etc..) He also did something that made me want to scream!! He broke my water, telling me that he was going to do it b4 I could respond!!! After 18 hours (which i believe doctors dread the most, reason why they prefer c-sections) I had a healthy baby girl 7lb 14oz in 2010 and my 1st daughter was 6lb 10oz born in 2007 so Im pretty sure my pelvic wasnt too small after all! I def will not go back to him but if any do hopefully your experience will be better than mine!

I have had 2 kids already and i have had an excellent doctor who cares about me and my baby
