After having a horrible experience at another local place, it was so great to be treated as a customer should be treated considering we as customers are paying these people's paycheck. I loved my recent experience I have faith that people who work in customer service can still be concerned with pleasing the customer..

Red Lobster is one of my favorite seafood restaurants. They offer variety and specials from time to time. I love their cheese biscuits and their Caesar Salads. Any of the seafood is great, although at lunch you don't always get a very large portion with the lunch specials. Anything stuffed is good. I've tried about everything on the menu and it is all good. They also have fresh catch specials every day. It is a great restaurant to have a little romantic meal with your spouse but it is also a great restaurant to take the family. The service is pretty good, although sometimes a little slow. Watch out, though, because some items are extra... and the waiter/waitress may ask if you want to add this or that or substitute this or that... but they don't always tell you that there is an extra charge. The cheese biscuits alone are worth eating there! Unless you order a big dinner combination or lobster, it won't be too expensive, either.
