I've been a customer for a number of years, probably ten or more. Every now and again they will ignore my recycle, then it's up to me to contact them and try to get them to come pick it up. On one occasion they not only pick up the recycle material, but they took the recycle container as well. I tried and tried to get Republic to bring it back...no luck, I had to go to their facility and pick up a replacement container and take it home. This week once again they ignored my recycle and I called Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to try and get someone to come pick up the recycle. A Customer Service rep said she would notify management and have someone contact me. No luck, so I contact AAA Recycle and signed on with them. Republic takes their customers for granted and that doesn't work with me.

Be careful with their billing. They love to bill 3 months ahead of time, and forget if you paid yearly. Huge rate increase and extra charge to recycle now.

good company, good prices. they've only messed up our pickup a couple of times, and the recycling barrel/service that's included means lots less trash. I highly recommend them.
