Totally rude and very unhelpful. Basically the man I spoke with talked down to me and ended up hanging up on me.

I was calling to get more information on prototyping. I have a lot of knowledge with manufacturing but had a few questions about their services of rotomolding.

He got so upset because I didn't know exactly what he was taking about so he raised his voice and told me I didn't know what I was doing. Then he hung the phone up on me.

I DO NOT work in manufacturing that's why I was calling. I also have a large budget. They lost my business and respect.

First impressions are very important!
