I've NEVER been to such an unprofessional Salon! DO NOT go to this PlACE! They lied because clearly this salon does NOT know how to do extensions! I tried to follow up with owner to fix my hair extensions that lasted less than time stated. then was told the owner was in a business meetings all day, planning how to run her business and could not return my calls. No clients mean, no business! Save your money and go to the Beauty school and get your hair done there! Seems like all the students did all the work. This salon also way over charged me, it's ATHENS NOT BUCKHEAD! They will also double or triple book clients. Casey JO was so RUDE when she finally called me back, even hung up on me. I was and I'm still in shock the way she spoke to me. You lack true professional business skills and come off just ghetto! Don't go to this classless salon! I would give you negative stars if I could! Casey Jo, I'll let everyone know how I was treated from this salon and it will catch up with you!
