I can't wait to move from here this is a dump that only looks for money they don't keep up the maintenance at all nothing works the office looks better than my apartment an that tells me they don't care about the residents plz keep ur money an keep on looking cuz this ain't where u want to be

Laural Oaks as formally known is now the Oaks. I agree with the fact the old management wasn't on top of things. But it seems the new owners are trying to play catch-up with the neglect from former owners. My husband and I however think that the Oaks will be a a great complex once the catch up is done.We have lived here for three years and have found that we love it here as we just signed up for another year. If you enjoy nature, reasonable apartment prices, friendly neighbors, and family orientated atmosphere. Then what are you waiting for? come join our community.

The other review fails to mention the other 99 problems here. And now, the newest and biggest: new management. Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse...

Some of the residents at this apartment complex have been diagnosed with cancer and other immune conditions. The water pipes are corroded and have extremely high lead content. Lead is a known carcinogen.
