The guys at UT are amazing! Service is amazing and the customer service is above amd beyond anything I have ever experienced! ! Jerry Matt and Nick the wonder mechanic are my heroes!

Took our YUKON to them to have the brakes fixed.

Dropped car off & told the owner STEVE: ALL FOUR rotors needed to be turned.



The SUV still had brake problems, so I called STEVE (706-614-6074) and asked if they turned all FOUR rotors.



STEVE replied, "No, We only turned the back rotors." (They did NOT even care to test drive the vehicle)



I informed him the brakes still were NOT right, he acted like he simply did NOT care...



STEVE, I NEEDED MY BRAKES FIXED.

You should realize by now brake repair is a serious matter & should NOT be taken lightly. When you’re asked to fix a car, you shouldn’t give it back with a problem & add insult to injury by acting like you could care less.



We will no longer use your company.

There are plenty of companies who would love to have our business & we can NOT Jeopardize the safety of our family on shoddy brake repair!





BTW, also have read a lot of reviews which states they have a problem with employees stealing things out of people’s cars.
