Absolutely one of the worst properties I have ever rented. We have continuously had problems with our A/C and bugs. Cockroaches have infested the downstairs almost every time it starts to warm up outside.. no matter how many times we have deep cleaned and sprayed our house (& we are not messy people). Our A/C has gone out AT LEAST 8 times since our lease began. This past month we had maybe half a week of running A/C.. or maybe just the cooler weather that kept the temperature a little lower. On average, our house has remained at 85 degrees or higher. What's the way Rent Athens/The Woodlands has responded? "It's fixed" or we're waiting on the homeowner, who refuses to put forth money into repairs, to approve. When you're not dealing with cheap homeowners, you're dealing with the HORRIBLE staff who works the office (& works with Rent Athens as well.) They are extremely rude and will only discuss matter that pertain to fines being paid. If it is anything inconvenient or a burden to them, don't expect an answer. Speaking of fines, they have found absolutely anything to fine any tenant on. So if you're looking for a lease from hell, you've found your place.

Save yourself the trouble and dont live at the Woodlands. As a recent UGA graduate I have never experienced a worse apartment management company. I have previously lived at Riverclub Apartments and Riverbend Club and both management offices were SIGNIFICANTLY better. Kristen is one of the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I had to call her multiple times before she put my work order in. Teresa is not much better. She does not care at all about residents after you sign the lease. They, along with the rest of parker and associates, are awful. If you'd like to like at The Woodlands, look for a private owner so you wont have to deal with two of the most awful apartment managers I've ever encountered. I would give the staff 0 stars if I could.
