I needed follow ups for serious issues after a hospital stay in Columbus. She never gave me referrals to local doctors. I had discharge papers that clearly listed follow up instructions for practitioner that I needed those follow ups and I couldnt folow up locally without a referral. I ended up with a severe complication and needed treatment. I had called and my issue was never addressed. They called back about another issue. There were a few other things I needed adressed as well that were never handled. I gave her 6 mos. Ended up in hospital and now sick with complications and only one referral to a pain management which was not what I needed. I needed a spine specialist.
