The worst nail experience i have ever had. I have been here twice, the second time hoping the first was a fluke. Both times they did not follow what I asked them for, they basically just did what they wanted. I left with fat short acrylics that looked awful. Having to go home and file your own nails so they dont look like horse hoves is disheartening. If you want to ruin your day, definitely go here.

This nail salon is terrible! The staff was rude and they did a horrible job on my nails!! A columbus nail salon would be worth the drive instead of going to this place!!

This was My first visit to this salon and the lady that handled my pedi/mani was pretty rude. Her name was Kim. I was told to ask for Sonny, but

he wasn't





there whe If I EVER go back, that's who I'll ask for. She was also really rough. So rough I left with 3 bloody fingers/cuticles. She rubbed lotion on them after I asked for disinfectant. Sonny arrived during my service. He seems very nice. However I think I may drive to Easton Mall in Columbus next time I need to get my nails/toes done. I hate paying for poor service.
