My car broke down and they picked me up quickly and got me to my destination quickly too. Service was friendly and rates were cheap. Nuff said

My name is Sarah Anderson and the driver for valley taxi are the nicest people and they get you from point A to point B and they are great on Medical runs and great at not getting lost and I personally trust they guys that drive for valley taxi and there only one taxi company I really trust that is valley taxi because when I was younger I had car accident and they don't scare me what so ever they make me feel welcome in to there take and if you go long way with them they will wait an hour. They been really nice to me and good with there jobs and I wish to keep using them for medical and other ways to get around and they are my only way around

If you want to get a taxi after midnight, forget about it! They're closed at night time. I colled the next day asking to give me an estimate. A guy named Daniel told me in a rude and arrogant manner to count it by myself. He gave me a price per mile and told me to "google it". Afterwords, he suggested to take a bus, because it's cheaper. Does this person even care about the company he works for? Needless to say he doesn't care about customers. Does this company care about their customers by hiring such an unprofessional employees? I didn't call for advices. I called to find out the price for a long distance drive. After being told to find out the price on my own, I said there's no way any taxi company would behave this way. I insisted to give me the estimate, and he gave me a price out of the blue without me even providing a destination's address. He said: "$400 and money upfront". I've been traveling around the world a lot and have never experienced such an unprofessional behavior.
