This business has great employees working for them. All staff members have always been friendly and polite. Dr. Furlong is wonderful. He has finally helped me find the right medication for my bipolar disorder. However, the ONLY downside to this business is the wait time for appointments. During my first visit with this establishment, I spent an hour waiting for my first assessment. I was told to wait again for a follow-up and that took another hour. The entire process that day took a total of 5 hours. That was very frustrating for me. I had other important priorities that needed to be taken care of that day and it was very stressful for me to wait that long. Also, every time I've ever had a scheduled appointment with the psychiatrist I've literally had to wait 2 hours to be seen. I speak for myself and other patients who I've spoken with, we would really like to see some improvements as far as appointment wait time is concerned.
