I took my phone in to have the screen repaired and James, who, from what I could ascertain, is the owner of the business, promised it would be ready within the next couple of days and that he would call me. When I didn't receive a call from him after about three days, I called him. He then told me that the wrong color was delivered and that he would make a trip to Dallas to pick up the correct color and have my phone ready in the next two days and that he would call me. Three days later, I had to call him again because he never called as promised. He then proceeded to tell me the same story and before about the wrong color being delivered and that he would again have to make a trip to Dallas to get the right color. He said it would be two days before my phone would be ready. Finally, after a couple of days go by and he didn't call me, my husband called him. He then proceeded to become very rude to my husband and told him that he was doing me a special favor and that I should be greatful. He said that he has many more customers besides me. He then told my husband that he would return my broken phone and give me a full refund so that he would not have to deal with us anymore. He promised to go to his bank and draw the money out and meet me the following day during lunch to return my phone and my money. When I showed up at his shop, as per our agreed upon meeting time, his door was locked and shop closed. I called him to find out why he wasn't there and didn't bother to leave a note on the door or contact me, and he argued with me then hung up on me. When I was finally able to catch him at his shop, he returned the phone but told me he would have to refund my money through my credit card rather than paying me the cash. Realizing that is usually how refunds are processed when credit is used, I agreed to this. Now, here I am three months later, having to draw up a case against him because he never refunded my credit card. He made a lot of broken promises to me, told a lot of lies, was very rude, and avoided dealing with me as much as possible. I had to take my phone and pay another merchant to do the repairs. He had charged my credit card almost $300 for a service that he never rendered and that I am still fighting to get back. I would advise people never to do business with this man, as he is a liar and a thief.

The only reason I gave this 1 start is because it will not go any lower. I took my phone in for minor problem when I got it back it would not pick up service in some locations at all. So I took it back and he called me back and stated it was repaired. When I went back to get it, not only did it not work still, but now the flash for the camera is bad. When I told him I needed it fixed properly he said he was sorry and that he had been really busy and that there were several in front of me. I told him that my phone had been down with him for over a month and he stated he knows but there are some that have been there longer. I took my phone by the Cellular One office (my provider) and they told me he must have done something to make my phone only pickup AT&T Towers. Now I am without a phone and I will probably take it somewhere else.
