As someone whom has traveled this great state from every neighboring border, whom grew up in West Texas- and worked at several corner stone Texas Famous Authentic Restaurants as well.... I can honestly say that this is one of the best places I have ever eaten! The first kudos point was the fact that there was even sopes on the menu( it’s a rareity to find, not to mention a good one) plus served with huitlacoche(corn smut)-amazing! The street tacos are locally famous, & totally represent their reputation when ordered-bringing this reviewer back to a trip across the border to Nuevo Progresso with every bite! I cannot wait to return to enjoy many others of the traditional staple menu items. If I could give more than 5 ⭐️ I would!
