The guys at the Pit Stop are extremely courteous and helpful!! I sent my 19 yr old daughter there to get her oil changed and inquire about new tires from them. The men there were very polite and helpful, showed her to the waiting area, called the guys from the tire service and were very quick about the entire process!! Very clean station, you can tell the employees take pride in their workplace! We highly recommend and will definitely return for any future automotive needs!!

DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!! I went in for an oil change and got told that the only synthetic blend is their house oil which is North American Lubricants. When going in, I brought my own Bosch filter and asked the service tech to use it. After leaving, not only did I notice some crappy "Service Champ" filter on my car, it also starting making severe lifter tapping noises which it had previously never done. This engine only has 18,000 miles on it and has always been whisper quiet prior to this oil change. I called the owner and he gave me the run around story about "Oh well, they accidentally used one of our filters and not yours". He offered another oil change with the same oil but my filter. I declined and he said he would find my filter and call me back. He never called me back and I had to call him, he said they "found" my filter and that if I wanted to have it changed, he would discount the price of another oil change. After researching this filter they used, it is well known that this filter will fail and fall apart and I have read several instances of this filter blowing apart and ruining people's engines. I am going to have my oil changed AGAIN at my cost with my filter but I just want everyone to know that this place is a RIP off and will use products on your vehicle that will screw you up. Then they will act like they did nothing wrong and it is your fault for bringing it to them to have it done. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!
