They don't fix anything they cover it up instead. They obviously don't care they just make it look like they do to bring you in and then when you make a bad post they automatically do a five star waiting to try to upkeep their name so people think they're actually good until you move in. Then you find out the truth. All the five star ratings are the managers employees or family of the employees managers or somehow the real posts get deleted and they replace it with their five star post.

As I am sure you know by now that since July 2015 we are now new owners and management. We are working hard to take care of everyone here at The Summit on request and repairs. If you need any thing please come to the office and speak with me.

These apartments are run down and out of date. The manager will not fix anything. Kids are not allowed to play outside. The only good thing is the pool but it isn't open very long. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
