Victoria Place been my home 2010...I Love It!! The Best apt.in Athens. I had several managers over the years...but I will say the best is Sheree!!! The maintenance guy and put Asst.manager Sandra are Awesome as well! No problems they want fix! Love Love my home and management!!! If you have a problem...make sure it's not you!

I just moved in a week ago. From day one the lady in the office has been very rude. I asked her about having my dog & she said I needed a doctors note explaining that I need him for medical reasons. I got a note saying I need my companion animal to continue my health & well being regarding my symptoms. Both front desk ladies LAUGHED at me. They snickered saying my doctors note wasn't specific enough. They said I needed to include the type of dog & MY MEDICAL SYMPTOMS. The fact that they asked to see personal information regarding my health & details is inappropriate. They also made negative comments regarding my family helping us move in. The apartments are lovely but the two elder ladies working at the front desk are rude, tacky & disrespectful.

The manager at Victorian Place Apts in Athens, Tx has a horriable control problem. She threatens evection for any little reason; walking on the grass, having visitors, driving differently than she would, being (what she calls) disrespectfull, and much more. It is beyond rediculous. I would not live there if rent was $200 a month, and I would not reccomend this property to anyone.
