Greg's is the only place I'll bring my vehicles. Not only is he a standup guy but he's honest, trustworthy and reliable. I had an issue with my truck and brought it to 2 other places before Greg's. He diagnosed my issue in under a minute - fixed it and extended the life of my truck. He is extremely knowledgable and I will bring all my vehicles here from here on out. Go to Greg's if you want quality service and great customer service.

I already had my car diagnosed; I bring my car into this garage because I'm told that they cannot give me a solid quote without the car. They had the car for 2 days and can only tell me a quote for 1 of the parts. Apparently they will ONLY use 1 of 2 suppliers for parts. Because of this they charge TOP DOLLAR for any of the parts. I look up the parts online and discover the horrific mark-up. I asked if they can use a different supplier and get a better price. I'm told I need to speak with the owner, Greg, about that. All of a sudden Greg is no where to be found - no call back, nothing. They parked my car in a public lot for a week and charges me $30 to get the car back with NOTHING DONE TO IT!

If the answer was 'no' and I didn't want to pay the extremely high prices for the parts then fine - maturity can prevail. Instead the owner decides to dodge all calls, no call backs, and no one else will make a decision on anything. Finally we have had enough. My wife and I drove an hour to go pick up her car. Greg's garage said they will leave the keys in the the car and we can pick it up after hours. We get there an the car is locked with the alarm on. This could not have gone worse. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!
