Provided by YP.comi took my truck into them as it was missing and had low power, they called me up and said it needed a new fuel pump at a cost of around $500 and i said fix it, they called me back and said that after replacing the pump that it still was not working and that they needed to repair the fuel line and they called me back again and said that it still isn't running ok and that they have never worked on a v10 motor before and said that they will have to get into the intake manifold to look for the problem, at that time they said the problem was in the #10 fuel injector and then costing me around $75 for them to run a cleaner through the injector and that not fixing the problem they said they had to replace the injector at a cost of $59..........after spending over $800 dollars the truck runs better but still is missing and not running well, guess i will have to take it into the dodge dealership.
after checking into the price of fuel injectors at the parts store, the cost is around $200 for the part, how is this, and the cost of the fuel pump at the parts store is around $225 and the ease of putting it in my truck, all one has to do is raise the dump box and the top of the tank is right there, no need to drop the tank just replace the pump, 1/2 hour tops
i feel i should not have to pay for parts i didn't need and i will never take anything into them for repair and will steer my friends and family away from them
