They were super helpful in making sure I made the right choice. They were very involved, and I never felt rushed. Everyone there was so friendly!

Loved shopping here- everyone was so kind and always happy to see us. I was really happy with my alterations and that my whole wedding party was taken care of!

Dont go here. Treated with so much disrespect. Snobby consultants with no customer service. Was told we had to have an appointment and then we get there and there are five other brides trying on the same dresses all in one room next to all the moms and bridesmaids so everyone has no privacy. Appointments were obviously not necessary. They didnt have all there stock in and said we need to come back, not an easy thing to do considering we came from out of town. They also talked down about other bridal places around the area which I understand they dont want you to shop elsewhere but they still should be professional, Especially if that bride feels they have found a dress there. We were required to wear socks that I feel weren't washed considering when I put them on they smelled like dirty feet. Overall we were treated like we were the scum of the earth and we were actually willing to get a dress there and pay well over the amount of the average cost of a dress there, but they had there vision and didnt consider the visions of the brides. Very sad it went this way...

Everyone was wonderful to work with each time we went there. The women in our wedding all looked gorgeous in their dresses and the tuxes fit great. They made the process easy, which I was very thankful for!

If you want lack of customer service, go to Hopes in Atkins. We were treated like we were invisible not once but twice over the last several months. We had appointments both times but would have been treated better if we just walked in off the street. Diane (the owner) is defensive when you bring up any problem and never takes blame for anything; maybe it would help if she would ever be there.

I bought my wedding dress out of state, but the ladies (Ariel and others!) were amazing to work with in picking out accessories! They worked with me to pick out a veil, earrings and a belt for my dress. The belt I wanted was not in store and they went as far to call another bride who ordered the belt for her 2015 wedding to see if she was okay with me seeing it and trying it on. The bride agreed (amazing!) and they cautiously let me try it with my dress before they ordered it from another store for me. They helped me get custom earrings made and were so pleasant to work with. Everyone was very friendly and relaxed. It made someone like me, who doesnt enjoy shopping, feel at ease and comfortable. I went to a lot of area bridal shops and I can say others did not have the service like Hope's!

The day I went looking for a dress for my upcoming wedding, my sister and I had gone to three other places before going to Hopes Bridal. We were pretty discouraged due to lack of customer service, variety of dresses, and the super high prices. When we got here it was like a fresh of breath air. We had amazing and friendly customer service that really cared and worked with us to get the perfect thing as well as price range. We ended up getting my dress and all the bridesmaids dresses here, and would want to go anywhere else! Amber L.

I got my wedding dress at Hopes 8 years ago and came back with my sister Jayme today as she's getting married next summer. My Mom and Aunt Shirley also got their dresses from Hopes several years ago. Diane and the entire staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable! I looked at pretty much every place in and out of town and ended back at Hopes because they had the best selection and most inviting environment! If you're looking for a place that has a great selection, friendly staff, and a fun environment then Hopes is your place!!

Hope's made my wedding exactly what I imagined. I was constantly impressed by Diane, Ariel, and all the ladies who were knowledgeable, caring, and fun to work with. When we did have a concern, it was dealt with respectfully and quickly to our satisfaction. I've had the same experience at Hope's in the three other weddings I've been in who have gotten their goods from Hope's. They can't be beat!

It's very rare I ever wrote a bad review. Hopes gets 2 stars just because the ladies I had dealt with were nice. I picked my dress up for a wedding I will be in this Saturday. Pretty dress on the outside. Fit a bit snug and wasn't very true to size. After getting it on it looked a little weird and didn't seem to fit right. My mother was with me helping me and as she went to unzip it the zipper was stuck. It was stuck because it was missing a couple of teeth in the zipper. We had no choice but to bust the zipper to get the dress off me. Fine. I found a seamstress who would replace the zipper at a low price which was nice. NOT at hopes! I went to pick my dress up today and she said those words you never want to hear. "I hope you didn't pay a lot for this dress". Well I did, it was close to $250! My seamstress told me she had to tack other things within the dress and that it basically didn't look done as there was lining showing. You would think for $250 you would get a great dress! Not one basically falling apart :/
