I live in a terrible road to deliver on in the winter... I fell asleep before the driver got here.. I call to see what they can do about it and they tell me to come pick it up.. I get to the store.. They give me a newly made order.. The cold order fr the delivery I missed and tried to give me the tip money back that I had left for the driver... AHOP rocks!!!

have ordered delivery from here a few times as well as dined in. My husband and I have been fairly regular customers for the last 3 years. Not ANYMORE! On Saturday, as we were rushing to get ready for our Halloween party, we decided on delivery. We called in to Atkinson House at 5:20 and was told it would be about an hour for delivery. Since we weren't leaving the house until 8, I told her that was fine. Come 7:15 and still no food, we called to see what's up. The woman who answered the phone insisted that the driver came to the house and when the door was answered he was told no one ordered. I told her he must have gone to the wrong house. My husband and I were home the whole time and kept checking to see if any cars pulled onto our dead-end street since we were STARVING! NOT 1 vehicle pulled anywhere near our home during the 2 hour period since we called. She proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and the driver also called the phone number we gave. The phone number was to my cell, coincidentally, I had been holding the cell phone in my hand for those entire 2 hours since my friend and I were studying a picture on there while doing hair and makeup for my costume. When I told her I never received a call and offered to come by and show her my call logs, she interrupted me and put the super young (didn't even sound old enough to drive) driver on the phone so that I could have a "he said, she said" argument with him over whether he actually came out or not. I was so appalled with the lack of customer service and professionalism. I will NEVER order from them anyways. We only did because my husband likes there food, I usually just get salad since everything I've eaten prepared is overpriced and nasty. WORST experience ever! We ended up calling Tessi's in North Salem and were eating our food within 30 minutes.
