Peak Auto / Tom Ross sold me a truck he promised was in great condition. After purchasing, I found out it needed over $3K in repairs. He refused to do anything. I sued him and won a judgment in May 2018. It's now mid July 2018 and he hasn't paid!

Believe it or not, I've never been a victim of a shyster used car salesman. I've been happy with all of the cars i have purchased and the dealerships i have used. That all changed when i purchased my daughter's car here. I usually pride myself on my ability to recognize a con man... but this time... i failed. Thing is... after spending over $2,000 since i purchased the car, i'm NOT MAD about the money. I probably would have bought the car with the problems because its the car we want and i take care of my cars. I just HATE being lied to. My time is valuable and i've spent the past 3 weeks dealing with car problems daily (problems this dealership lied to me about and told me they took care of)

DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!

This has to be the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any dealer ever. I bought a car that was listed as being in perfect condition needing no mechanical work. He was very pushy trying to get me to buy it, and I did, which was a huge mistake. Upon getting the car home I noticed the engine started ticking and the next day there was a small puddle of oil underneath it. It turns out the car had a bad VVT actuator and timing chain ($1100 fix) and even worse, the transfer case had a hole blown through it and the rear drive shaft wasn't even in the vehicle making it FWD only. The drivers side window switch panel doesn't work, the keyless entry buttons on the doors don't work, and this is just what I've found so far. I'm in the process of trying to get him to either give me a refund or pay for the repairs which so far is not going well, he almost never answers any phone calls or texts and he even tried to say that I caused all of this damage (the day after I bought the car) and went on to say that he doesn't have to do anything because I signed the sales agreement stating I was buying the car as-is. Steer clear of this dealer, Tom Ross (the owner) is an absolute scumbag and he'll screw you over.
