Provided by YP.comI wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I'm still waiting for the solution. The personnel at the higher positions turn a blind eye and don't solve the problems.

It is incredible that after you sent a survey to get the opinions of the residents about Midtown Student Apartments, the maintenance issues on the building continue worsening. Nothing is working. I've given a lot of complaints since August 2015, and all is still same.
1. There is only a washer/dryer room in the garage with (one key) for the use of the entire residents.
2. The new washer/dryer room have a problem with the electrical voltage and sometimes, the digital board on the wall fails because there is no real internet connection.
3. The washer/dryer of each room is European, and mine broke in August. This appliance does not work to dry the clothes. Two times I've had to go to different places to wash and dry. People that in good faith have lent me their facilities: Homesuites Hotel/August, Georgia Tech Student Facilities/Adriana, October.
3. The elevators are the worst. If there is one in right conditions that can climb, is much to say.
4. Oh my, God, the dirty floors are caused by poor cleaning performance! This situation is also seen in the exit stairs of each floor.
5. The maintenance of the rug in the common facilities of the G floor is a disaster. It has dust particles everywhere, especially when they decide to do a new project and drill a wall.
6. Another thing, the floor of the garage close to the washer and dryer room is covered by pigeon droppings. These cause a dangerous disease when you are in contact with it. The garage is an open space and it lacks of security. It's shame. I never will recommend these apartments to someone is looking for new apartments, and my review will be on Yelp and other websites.
Thanks,
Maribel Díaz
