Okay first I must say when they say rapid they mean rapid. I always had a huge fear of breaking down on the side of the road and it happen to me out of the blue. I was so grateful to come cross Hookem Up Towing. the operator mustve sense the fear in my voice that she stayed on the phone with me until the wrecker arrived. thought that was very courteous. When they arrived the driver was very polite and really knew what he was doing. He litterly Hooked it up in what seemed to be seconds and waited wit me til my ride to arrive for me.. I rarely write reviews but they really deserved acknowledgment!!!
